In the distributed computing systems,you can feel as
if you were working in the same environment
wherever you are. If a system is too
distributed,however,it will be difficult to control the
system as a whole. We call such kind of environment
"Open System". We are seeking the theory and
application of a computing system that is more
efficient in the open systems.
